Pyrrha ships to PO boxes.
Pyrrha cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to rural postal codes or zip codes.
Pyrrha ships with both Canada Post and UPS. Pyrrha is not responsible for any carrier delays.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address associated with their purchase order or Paypal account is correct at checkout. Pyrrha is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses once an order has been placed.
Shipping lead time will take effect when your piece(s) leave our Vancouver studio.
Please allow up to 2 business days for talismans, and an additional 3-5 business days for specialty items, rings and 14k gold pieces. Please note that any custom orders or changes made to an existing order may take additional time to be processed.
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer care, or call us at 1 (877) 479-7742, and we will be happy to assist you.
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

All shipping timelines are estimated by the carrier, and exceptions may apply. Please note that Pyrrha is not responsible for shipping carrier delays (inclement weather, heavy volume, etc.).
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. Pyrrha is unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
Pyrrha cannot adjust the value of your order, as we are required by law to disclose the full value of the content.
Some remote areas and international destinations may require additional time or fees, customer care will contact you immediately if this applies to your order.

Once an order has been fulfilled we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Should you not receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your online transaction, please contact us.
A tracking number will be provided by the carrier once the order has been picked up from our studio.
Our printed materials, gift boxes, and shipping boxes are all made from recycled and/or FSC certified paper. Our meaning card paper is handmade in Canada from recycled cotton t-shirt offcuts, linen, flax straw and jute.
As a carbon-neutral B Corp, we are pleased to extend our in-house recycling program to our customers. We are committed to sustainability and are happy to recycle any Pyrrha shipping materials you wish to send back to us.
