Pyrrha designers Danielle Wilmore and Wade Papin have been creating jewelry using time-honored, old world techniques from their Vancouver studio since 1995. Pyrrha's signature talismans have become some of the most recognized and coveted jewelry by editors, style icons, and celebrities worldwide. Handcrafted from start to finish, Pyrrha's jewelry reflects the processes and people that craft it, proudly bearing the maker's hand.
As a carbon-neutral certified B Corp, (one of only 20 worldwide in the jewelry industry), we are committed to environmental responsibility, accountability, and leadership in the creation of our jewelry. In an industry where sustainability is not commonplace, we make every effort to reduce our footprint by being conscious in all stages of in-house production.
Our bright and spacious studio is located in centrally located Mount Pleasant and a large portion of our staff bike, take transit or walk to work. We have locally grown organic food delivered every week for our team and through our growing recycling and composting program, we are on our way to becoming a zero-waste company.

We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales & Administrative Support Coordinator. This role will provide essential administrative support to both the Sales and Accounting teams while stepping in on the sales floor as needed. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can effectively balance administrative duties with hands-on support for sales and accounting operations.
This position is 40 hours – Tuesday - Saturday.

Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and documentation.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports as requested.
- Coordinate sales meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing product and service information.
Accounting Support:
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable tasks.
- Prepare and process orders, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Help with data entry for financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update financial files and spreadsheets.
- Support with month-end and year-end accounting processes, as needed.
General Administrative Support:

Pyrrha is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role combines key accounting responsibilities in AR/AP with administrative assistance for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations, supporting the sales team with their administrative needs, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position. Studio hours are 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoicing, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in generating basic financial reports, tracking cash flow, and maintaining financial records.
- Payment Processing: Verify, process, and record payments to suppliers, contractors, and other external vendors.
- Reconciliations: Assist in monthly and quarterly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, ensuring accurate entry into the system, and confirming payment and delivery details.

The Production and Operations Coordinator will be covering the role of the Production Assistant Manager while she is on maternity leave. This role will involve a combination of administrative, operational, and safety related tasks, while also providing support across various production areas, including onboarding, health and safety, with various daily activities and ongoing projects. Pyrrha is seeking an outgoing and reliable individual to join our team as a Full Time Sales Associate & Admin at our Vancouver Store. Our ideal team member is a self-starter, motivated by a genuine desire to connect with and care for our guests. Reporting to the Manager of Retail at our Vancouver store, the ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, experience in sales and the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
The sales associate will work 40 hours per week, from Tuesday – Saturday, subject to change seasonally based on business needs.

- Build relationships with guests, providing a luxury and personalized sales experience.
- Work in collaboration with the Vancouver Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the Vancouver Store.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment through merchandising and inventory management.
- Hosting studio tours and in-store events, sharing Pyrrha’s brand story with our guests.
