Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and that customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns. For repairs, Pyrrha covers the cost of shipping repaired items back to customers.
For your security, please purchase shipping insurance and use a trackable shipping service. Pyrrha cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items. Be sure to retain both your proof of purchase and shipping receipts for all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return items must be shipped back in original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A copy of the proof of purchase receipt must be included with your return or emailed to customer service.
For returns of jewelry purchased at our LA flagship store or through one of our retailers, please contact the store directly.
Periodic inspection and maintenance of jewelry helps limit costly repairs or replacements. Should a problem occur with your jewelry, email customer service with the subject header 'REPAIR' and we will be happy to assist you.
Pyrrha is pleased to offer our customers a lifetime warranty for all of our jewelry, including repairs of Pyrrha jewelry purchased through one of our retailers. Be aware that repair requests for Pyrrha jewelry that has been repaired or altered in any way by an outside source may be refused.
While Pyrrha does not cover the cost of return shipping for repairs, we will ship repaired items back to you with tracking, free of charge.
Pyrrha reserves the right to refuse a return package if return instructions are not followed.
Items returned without a return authorization code visible on the outside of the package will be refused. For online store returns, customers must be able to provide their proof of purchase receipt.
As per company policy, packages that arrive requiring customs payment are not accepted.
Depending on customer location, the time it may take for exchanged or repaired items to arrive may vary.
Please note that Pyrrha is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
