Returns & Repairs
We are happy to refund or exchange merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Code.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.
Merchandise must not be worn or damaged and be returned with the original packaging. All engraved and custom items will be considered final sale. Please contact us in advance to determine if your piece or custom request will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
In December, we extend our return policy to January 5th, but please contact us before January 5th to qualify.
Email customercare@pyrrha.com with "RETURN / YOUR ORDER NUMBER” or “EXCHANGE / YOUR ORDER NUMBER” in the subject line.
You will receive an email with a Return Authorization code and a Return/Exchange Form.
Send the returned items to the address found on the Return/Exchange Form. The returned package must include:
Your receipt, all original packaging, completed Return/Exchange Form, and the Return Authorization Code written on the outside of the package. Please note that all returns must be post marked within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization code.
You will receive an email from Customer Service as soon as your package has been received.
For returns of jewelry purchased at our LA flagship store or through one of our retailers, please contact the store directly.
Periodic inspection and maintenance of jewelry helps to limit repairs or replacements. Should a problem occur with your jewelry, email customercare@pyrrha.com with the subject header 'REPAIR' and we will be happy to assist you.
We are pleased to offer our customers a lifetime warranty for all of our jewelry, but please be aware that warranty requests for pieces that have been repaired or altered by an outside source may be refused.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their repairs to the Pyrrha studio, where we are happy to complete the repairs free of charge. Return shipping for repairs is $10 for standard shipping, or $25 for express shipping.
Repairs received during peak production times may take longer than usual.
Pyrrha reserves the right to refuse a return package if return instructions are not followed.
Items returned without a return authorization code visible on the outside of the package will be refused. For online store returns, customers must be able to provide their proof of purchase receipt.
Our company policy is that packages arriving requiring customs payment are not accepted.
Depending on the customer's location, the time it may take for exchanged or repaired items to arrive will vary.
Please note that Pyrrha is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
