In an industry where sustainability is not commonplace, we make every effort to reduce our footprint by being conscious in all stages of in-house production.
Our bright and spacious studio is located in centrally located Mount Pleasant and a large portion of our staff bike, take transit or walk to work. We have locally grown organic food delivered every week for our team and through our growing recycling and composting program, we are on our way to becoming a zero-waste company.

You must be passionate about working within a team to create, execute, manage and improve project outputs and processes.
This opportunity is part time and remote.
Studio hours are 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for updating the Pyrrha Shopify websites and POS, overseeing functionality, evaluating, and managing the websites performance and maintaining content.
Website Development and Management
Pyrrha’s D2C and B2B websites maintenance, update, and optimization
Manage Markets and Catalogs in Shopify
Assist in execution of large changes to website or website related projects
Third-party apps and software integration and management
Troubleshooting and bug fixing
Database update, customer segmentation, and automation flows update in Klayvio
Website content and product creation and update—content edits, product catalogue updates, product activations, inventory updates, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in webstore platforms; with knowledge of Shopify Plus
Working experience of HTML, CSS, FTP and basic edits of webstore templates—knowledge of HTML CSS Liquid, how Shopify themes work
Strong proficiency with CSV files and Excel functions
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have:
UI/UX experience

Pyrrha is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Showroom Manager to lead our growing Vancouver Store. As part of the Sales team, you will lead the Vancouver Store Associates to sell and share the Pyrrha brand to guests & VIP clients, meet with members of the media, and work with stylists and costumers. The ideal candidate is self-directed, has a can-do approach, and the ability to proactively improve and suggest processes, events, or ideas.
This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Operations.
Duties Include:
- Driving sales and traffic to build and grow the Vancouver store clientele.
- Leading & Training store staff to provide exceptional guest experience, including hosting tours of the Pyrrha studio.
- Coordinating visits and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, press, charity contacts, and stylists in the Pyrrha Store.
- Planning luxury in-store experiences including launch parties and seasonal events to grow the Pyrrha audience.
- Building and maintaining SOPs for the Vancouver store related to inventory, merchandising and store operations.
- Managing sample assortments for PR presence in both UK and LA.
- Deliver the monthly reporting package and support with overall product sell-through strategies
- Other related duties as needed.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in wholesale or retail sales and management, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Experience working with media and/or VIP clients
- Experience maintaining relationships with stylists and/or costumers
- PR or Brand Communications/Storytelling experience would be an asset
- Reflects Pyrrha’s brand values of sustainability and connection
