How long will it take for my Pyrrha order to arrive?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3 business days of purchase. Once an order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation email listing your order number (ex. #0000) and details about your transaction. Retain this email as your proof of purchase receipt. Should you not receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days of purchase, please email customer service or call us toll-free at 1 (877) 479 7742 and we will be happy to assist you.

Once an order has been fulfilled we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Should you not receive shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your online transaction, please contact us

Depending on your location, standard shipping may not be an option.  Pyrrha does not ship to PO boxes. 

Pyrrha ships all packages with UPS. Pyrrha is not responsible for any UPS delays. 

There may be additional import charges (taxes, duties, etc.). Pyrrha will not be held responsible for any incurred charges.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address associated with their purchase order or Paypal account is correct at checkout. Pyrrha is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses once an order has been placed.

From where is my Pyrrha order shipped?

All Pyrrha jewelry is handcrafted and shipped from our production studio in Vancouver, Canada. Please note that the studio is currently closed to the public.

As all Pyrrha jewelry is handcrafted to order, there can sometimes be a delay during the production process. Should any delays arise with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Please note that any custom orders or changes made to an existing order may take additional time to be processed.

How can I track my Pyrrha shipment?

A tracking number will be provided from UPS once the order has been picked up from our Vancouver studio. Once an order has been fulfilled we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Should you not receive shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your online transaction, please contact us

If you choose to register an account with Pyrrha, you can track the status of your order under 'ORDER HISTORY' after logging in.

Green Shipping

In an environmentally conscious effort to minimize our waste, your order may arrive in a recycled shipping box.

As a B Corp certified company, Pyrrha is pleased to extend our in-house recycling program to our customers. We are committed to recycling and properly disposing of any Pyrrha materials you wish to send back to us.

What are Pyrrha’s pricing policies?

Pyrrha reserves the right to adjust the prices of the products listed on our online store. Pyrrha prices are non-negotiable and we do not price adjust to match retailer pricing. 

While proudly Canadian, Pyrrha prices all of our products in USD to accommodate purchases placed worldwide through our online store. All customers including Canadian customers are charged in USD.

Please note that credit card companies or issuing banks may bill you in your selected currency. Currency adjustment and/or exchange rates may result in charges that appear higher or lower than the total price listed on our website during checkout.

For purchases made out of country, credit card companies or issuing banks may charge customers an international transaction fee. Transaction fees are not made on Pyrrha’s behalf.

All Pyrrha online transactions are subject to government tax and other prevailing charges.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Pyrrha accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal payments. For online store purchases, simply enter your credit card information during checkout.

Can my delivery address be different from my purchase and/or billing address?

Yes. Pyrrha is happy to accommodate any discrepancies between customers shipping and billing addresses. The provided delivery country may differ from the country in which the online purchase was placed.

Why might my credit card be refused at checkout?
  • You may have incorrectly entered your payment or billing information. Check that all required fields are filled completely and correctly. 
  • Your credit card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have exceeded your credit limit. Contact your credit card company/bank to ensure you have not reached your authorized purchasing limit.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. For payments with Visa and MasterCard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
