CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Pyrrha is committed to fulfilling all purchasing requests. In addition purchasing products through our online store and at our LA flagship store, customers can place orders via direct email with the subject header ‘EMAIL PURCHASE’ or over the phone using our toll-free customer service line 1 (877) 479 7742.

The full Pyrrha collection is available for purchase at our LA flagship store, or you can contact us for a list of retailers that carry our jewelry.


+CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been submitted, you have 12 hours to cancel your order.  Please email customer service or call us toll-free at 1 (877) 479 7742.


+CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

No. Once an order has been placed, Pyrrha is unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to purchase an additional item, please place a separate order through our online store.

As Pyrrha strives to reduce the shipping and environmental costs of packaging and shipping, providing adequate notice, Pyrrha may combine and ship together consecutive orders listed with the same shipping address.

+CAN I PURCHASE PYRRHA TALISMANS AND CHAINS SEPARATELY?

Every sterling silver, bronze, and 14K gold Pyrrha talisman is sold on a Pyrrha branded chain. Sterling silver talismans are paired with an oxidized sterling silver chain, bronze talismans come on a blackened sterling silver chain, and 14K gold talismans come on 14K gold chains.

Pyrrha offers a wide selection of chains for individual purchase. For chain enquiries or to order a custom chain with any Pyrrha talisman, please email customer service.


+DOES PYRRHA OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?

Yes, every item, with the exception of chains and charms, comes in one of our Pyrrha branded black gift boxes.


+DOES PYRRHA OFFER ENGRAVING?

Yes. Pyrrha offers a wide selection of engravable designs, but all of our jewelry can feature a personal engraving on the back, underside or inside of each piece. The number of engravable characters possible on a particular piece depends on jewelry style and size. All engraving is done at our Vancouver production studio.

For all other engraving enquiries please email customer service with the subject header ‘ENGRAVING’ and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we charge a $25 engraving fee and that all engraved pieces are final sale.


+I HAVE A FAMILY SEAL - CAN IT BE MADE INTO A CUSTOM TALISMAN?

+CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE LOOK OF A PYRRHA TALISMAN?

No. Maintaining authenticity is important to us and we do not allow modifications to our designs.

Pyrrha jewelry is designed using authentic 18th & 19th century wax impressions and often retains century-old wear and tear, including cracks and imperfections.

The handmade nature of our jewelry means that slight variations might occur from piece to piece. All Pyrrha bears the maker’s hand and this is part of what makes it unique and meaningful.


 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Pyrrha accepts Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Pyrrha Gift Cards as online payment.


+ADDITIONAL CREDIT CARD CHARGES

For purchases made with non-US credit cards, credit card companies or issuing banks may charge customers an international transaction fee. Transaction fees are not made on Pyrrha’s behalf.

All Pyrrha online transactions are subject to government tax and other prevailing charges.


+PRICING POLICIES

While proudly Canadian, Pyrrha prices all of our products in USD to accommodate purchases placed worldwide through our online store. All customers including Canadian customers are charged in USD.

Credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) to secure every transaction. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration. Also, the location (URL) field at the top of the browser will begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'.
